We know when you order your hat you want it right away so we do our best to get it shipped to you as soon as possible.
Usually orders ship within 24 hours of payment. Weekends, holidays, and high volume may cause some delay. Orders tend to arrive within 2 to 3 business days of payment. We ask that U.S. customers allow 5 to 7 business days and International customers allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. If you have not received your order within this timeframe please contact us via e-mail.
It's important to us that each of our customers is 100% happy with his or her order.
We meticulously inspect each hat before it is shipped. If you find anything wrong with your hat when you first open it, we can exchange it or offer you store credit equal to it's value. We are unable to issue refunds on shipped product or shipping cost. We require that you notify us of your intention to return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving shipment. Returned items must be in as-new condition. Items out of stock sent for exchange will result in issue of store credit. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to SCHOOL ZONE, LLC.
